The freight forwarder is mainly the intermediary between the cargo owner and the carrier, and the organizer of any economic transportation.
An international freight forwarder is a person who transports for the interests of customers according to the needs and knowledge of some customers. It is not actually a carrier but an agent who can be relying on some conditions to engage in some activities related to the transportation contract, such as storage, customs declaration, acceptance, collection, etc. The scope of international freight forwarding is also relatively extensive, including outbound delivery, outbound customs declaration, booking, packaging, domestic customs clearance, domestic warehousing, imbound delivery, etc…
