Client Background
An auto parts trading company located in Algeria, focusing on the import of auto accessories and rubber products. The client purchases various automobile tires in bulk from China to supply local auto parts markets, maintenance shops and car dealers. This shipment consisted of two 40HQ standard containers. Due to the large quantity and dense stacking of tires, strict requirements were applied to warehouse storage, container fixation and moisture-proof protection.
Pain Points
Stacked tires were prone to extrusion deformation, and humid environments might cause rubber dampness and surface whitening. Synchronized booking for two containers involved complicated procedures, while shipping space was extremely limited during peak seasons. In addition, Algeria implemented strict customs inspection standards. The client was worried about messy loading and shipment delays which would lead to local inventory shortages.

Solution
We provided a one-stop export solution for two 40HQ full containers, including cargo consolidation, moisture-proof film wrapping, layered standardized stacking, synchronized double-container booking, standardized customs declaration, batch trucking arrangement and real-time cargo tracking. We optimized the loading plan according to the characteristics of rubber goods, applying professional lashing to prevent cargo tilting and shifting.
Outcome
Cargo in both containers was stacked neatly and stably with zero deformation or moisture damage on all tires. Both containers completed one-time customs clearance and departed on schedule. The transparent and controllable whole process effectively reduced the client’s coordination cost and document pressure, ensuring stable local commodity supply.
Client Review
We have cooperated for more than two years. Their logistics channels are stable and the response is prompt. Booking and customs declaration are totally hassle-free.
